Politics needs to be kept out of a game where people run head first into one another. We will see what happens now with this nonsense

I heard only 5 players were going to go so President Trump rescinded the invitation.
I wish I knew who the 5 are. I feel like Carson Wentz was going for sure.
I dunno how poiltics got involved with sports but it fucking sucks donkey dicks.
ESPN,Lebron,Goodell wtf?
What ever happened to just going?
And yeah Tom Brady didnt go when Obama was prez. I dont agree with that either.
Thats how all this "not going" shit probably got started.
Like I said before....Grown men...Rich fucking men.....Acting like a bunch of babyfied spoiled brats

Cowboys are America’s team. Are the eagles now the un-American team?

If you all were Charger fans you wouldn't have to worry about it. None of them are going. Not in my 56 years of watching.

Tom Brady chose not to go see Obama, Tim Thomas (Goaltender for the Boston Bruins) chose not to go see Obama. If someone does not want to go to the White House then that is their choice as a free American. Freedom is not only for those that share our beliefs but for everyone regardless of race or faith. Would I go meet the President? HELL YES I WOULD!!! I think it would be pretty cool! I would have gone to meet Obama too (even though I disagree with him politically) I probably would trash talk him a little about his Bears (in a fun way).
Do politics have a place in sports? Yes because people living in the country are involved in sports teams and they are free to have an opinion about what goes on just like everyone else. This protest does not hurt anyone so even though i'd make a different choice I can respect that fact that they are using their freedom for more then just partying

This protest does not hurt anyone so even though i'd make a different choice I can respect that fact that they are using their freedom for more then just partying I'm not gonna stop being a fan, but I'm REALLY disappointed the way they handled this situation. From what I heard, they had originally responded by saying about 40 players were going to attend, and at the last minute said only 6 were going to attend. That was an intentional dick move by the Trump hating owner Jeff Lurie. I also think that kneeling during the anthem is an absolute disgrace, considering all the many other ways they could've chose to protest. But hey, USA just went through 8 years of a racist Obama who constantly shamed the country, so I'm not all that surprised from all the aftershocks. The White House thing is what I was mentioning and mad about though. Last minute letting POTUS know just 6 players were attending, which would've been an embarrassment on national television, not expecting Trump to cancel it all together. It was absolutely intentional and juvenile, the way the Eagles handled that situation.

Well, thank the Colts for beating Washington and blowing the game to you. Maybe we can knock off Dallas as well.
