That's a long career for a Rb. He was one of the most productive for a number of seasons too. Very versatile. Solid career.

TBH, I thought he had a good 11 or 12 seasons under his belt. 'Versatile' is quite the understatement. He was considered by many to be as much a WR as a RB. Easily one of best in the business in in that respect. Like a LaDainian Tomlinson with not quite the explosiveness or sick production. But I give him tons of credit, especially his last 2 seasons, put up with a tumultuous Jets offensive scheme and personnel. He always just did his job and more, and never complained much. I will miss him.

Marshall Faulk was much better. Tomlinson too.
I dont compare him to either.
He was more of a Ricky Watters type player. Roger Craig type.
