Has anyone noticed they got rid of the starting gun for the 40? IDK if it affects their times (starting when they're good and ready) - it shouldn't but not sure. The 40-yard sprints at the combine have had semi-electronic timing since 1999. It's not true electronic timing because while the clock is stopped electronically at the finish line, it's started by hand on the first movement by the runner. That's because the combine participants aren't reacting to a starter's gun. Instead, they begin running when they are ready.

I heard tho that Barkley gets more yards when starting off on his left foot with an eastern wind than Penny.

I watched Aztec games and even went to one. My cousin is coach of the New Mexico Lobos. He gave us all tickets when they played here. It was fun. Penny does for sure take over the games. It was always the Penny show.

Does Barkley do this? Penny does it a lot. Plus he will be a steal in a later round.

That can't be right. What am I missing here? Did you hear Barkley was born in the Bronx, his Dad lived there like his whole life until they moved to IDK where.

I like Barkley more being that hes more complete. Better in the short passing and blocking also. But Penny is a beast as well.

What can't be right? What are you talking about? She means the Penny vs Barkley stat. She can't believe a west coast guy might be pretty good. She's a sick east coast bias beeeeeeach. JK Dive.

Exactly. Easy to figure out though.... There were relatively few times he was touched at or behind the line of scrimmage. And those few times, he tried too hard to escape and run around them for a big gain instead of plowing forward and settling for a yard or two. Show me a stat where Barkley was touched more times (or higher %) behind the line than Penny, and you win that argument.

Found this interesting. Have to keep an eye out for this guy. Wonder if his blazing speed as a LB equals pro-bowl player.
