Last year Eagles won 24-15. link That's when the Falcons offense was humming with Kyle Shanahan as the OC. He's gone. That's when M.Ryan was the MVP of the league. Well, that offense hasn't exactly been "humming" quite the same this season. In fact, Ryan threw nearly half the td's he threw last year, and nearly twice the int's. 38/7(2016) - 20/12(2017). Even during Matt Ryan's MVP season last year, he only went 18 of 33 (54.6%), for 267 yds & 1 td vs. 1 int against the Eagles in that loss. I believe our defense is quite better this year compared to last. Keep in mind though, Wentz was the QB, and we nearly doubled the time of possession against them, 38:10 - 21:50. I don't count on that time of possession being like that again, and that is a big deal. I don't know what to expect, but hoping we can win at least one playoff game. I'm clearly trying to stay optimistic here, but not ready to make any predictions. I think our head coach Doug Pederson needs to be the MVP in this game with the proper plan in place. What says you?

Nick Foles doesnt look too good.
I do believe that Ajayi will have success. Some anyway.
I think Falcons win a very close game.
Like a one or two point game.

I think it's gonna be close as well. However, I'm not getting a strong feeling about this. Actually, the Eagles should win this on defense alone. Matty been looking not-so-nice, not like ice. JJ's been easily covered for some reason, or is something wrong with that connection? Hey, we got a run game too. Healthy o-line, we got this, you heard it here. All Foles has to do is not cough it up, too often. Run and dump it off to Ertz and short passes, even to Jeffery. Nothing too fancy.

we got this, you heard it here. Foles is going have to have the game of his life if not the Eagles will be in Trouble. Atlanta has been playing much better then the Eagles. Don't count dem Falcons out.

Time of possession, time of possession, time of possession.
Run, Run, Pass. Run, Run, Pass...
We just can't stay going 3 and out while continuing to hand the ball back over to that ATL offense. Even though they aren't prolific like last season, eventually they'll figure it out and put up points.
I wasn't impressed much at all with the ATL offense for most of that game. The Rams kept on stalling drive after drive though and gave the Falcons way too much time and opportunity. They're a skilled enough offense that will eventually take advantage.
Doug Pederson better come correct with his play calling and overall game-plan. I'm thinking at least a 60% run / 40% pass ratio would be ideal. We shall see how our coaching staff does to prepare the team, as they'll have had a few weeks to do so by that point. I'm still not sold on Dougie P just yet. Worried he's gonna be a lot like his good ole buddy Andy Reid and stay stuck on stupid with one game plan, and one game plan only, no matter the situation or circumstances. I hope he proves me wrong.... I so want to be wrong..

Eagles choke in big games I'm not truly expecting them to pull it off, but wouldn't be too surprised if they do. I think the defense is good enough to keep them in the game. I at least want to see them come out with a good game plan and put up a fight. That shouldn't be asking too much, right? haha

I think this one will be a great game, might be the best of the 4 games. I want the Eagles to win but I think the Falcons win it with a strong balanced attack. The Eagles have a shot at this game but like you said Eddie it will come down to time of possession and limiting mistakes on offense. I'm looking forward to it!

I'm starting to get a good feeling about this game. I'm feeling like the Eagles are gonna find a way to win.
The Falcons have 7 games where they've scored just 20 or less points.
If the Eagles are to win, I'm thinking it'll probably be by a score of like 23-17.

So, I now have answers to my own previous questions. I'm happy to say that Pederson, Schwartz & company really did have them prepared, and they had an impressive game plan overall. If Dougie P isn't voted coach of the year I'd be disappointed, as I think he truly deserves it.
