Hey Steeler fans. What the heck is going on with Ladarus Green? Any thing to say you guys? Any one can answer. He's rusty and hasn't had any work with Ben. Knowing Tomlin he'll be used sparingly. Jesse James has done well enough this year to keep his starting spot for the rest of the way. I'm sure Johnson will continue to play as well since he's their best blocker. It's a problem of no one is great overall be good in specific areas. James had the experience in the offense and with Ben over Green.

Jaguars vs. SteelersFirst they lost to da' Bears. Now they get the doors blown off by the Jaguars? I mean, I think the Jags are a better team than some may think. Mainly because that defense of theirs looks too legit to quit. Haha. Long live MC Hammer. The Jags defense certainly brought down the hammer on PIT last week, IN PIT too, by the tune of 30-9 though? Big Ben was contemplating retiring soon, after last season ended. It just doesn't seem like he's in it. Like he's given up on himself, or just doesn't have that same competitive spirit in him anymore. Once you lose that edge, it's hard to get it back. I mean, you're still sitting at 3-2 and on top of your division, but how's the rest of the season play out? Does the coaching staff adjust the game plan so that not so much is on his shoulders anymore, now that he's no longer a spring chicken? He's still a very gifted player at his position, but I feel like he's gotta adjust his game and preparation in some type of way, to account for the fact he may not still be as physically gifted as he once was. How you see this thing playing, steelers1954?

steelers1954- 9-2. In the middle of October I was really starting to wonder what was going on. They got it together though. What you been up to, Jeffrey? It's been about 4 days since you were last here. Hoping all is okay.

I heard on radio that Haley is really good He's good but the relationship between him & Big Ben just wasn't working that's why the change plus the Steelers didn't want to lose Fichtner to another team.

Goodbye Todd Haley. Steelers promote QB Coach Randy Fichtner to OC Yeah, I saw that. You've got a bunch of veteran offensive players there though, so shouldn't make much of a difference, especially since the new coordinator isn't new to the team. We're bound to lose a coach or two in Philly. Lots of rumors flying around. Kinda sucks, but that's what happens when your team is successful. Guy's aren't gonna turn down head coaching jobs to stay on as a coordinbator.

Guy's aren't gonna turn down head coaching jobs to stay on as a coordinbator. He had no head coacing job interviews that I know of, the Steelers didn't want another team to make him their OC either. Over the last couple weeks he had worked better with Ben than Haley did.

Over the last couple weeks he had worked better with Ben than Haley did. Oh my bad. Sorry for the confusion. I was referring to how I can relate with my team, who are probably about to lose a coach or two for better opportunities as head coaches. Think our QB coach might possibly be one of them. Wasn't trying to hijack the Steelers thread with Eagles talk though, haha. Craig's a bad influence. Speaking of the Steelers, have you gotten used to the new skin I made for ya yet, or are you on the default?

I think the coolest part about that Steelers theme, is that it actually made me feel like I was at a Steelers game. It took awhile to find the right background image of Heinz Stadium and the Pittsburgh crowd, but I finally did find what I thought was the perfect picture. I narrowed the width of the discussion area to show more of the crowd and stadium, as to give the feel of being one in the crowd at the game.
