Pittsburgh offered him $30 mil for 2 years last year an he turned it down. This year the Steelers offer him 5 years $70 Mil. Signing bonus of just over $10 Mil Would have made $33 mil.the 1st 2 years $45 mil over the 1st 3 years an he turns it down.
I love Le'Veon Bell but he's not worth the $17 mil a year he wants. The offer would have clearly made him the highest paid RB almost double the highest paid RB (D.Freeman at $8 mil.)
Said he wanted to be a Steeler for life, BS if that was the case you should have signed the deal offered. Not getting any younger Le'Veon then you add the suspensions, injuries & the heavy work load you've already had, makes ya wonder just how much ya have left.
Pittsburgh should have tried to trade him or let him hit the FA market and drafted one of the RB's this year. This will most likely be his last year in Pittsburgh.

He probably won't be as good on many other teams. I'm not sure any other team is willing to pay him what he wants either.
