Trophies are awarded to members for doing certain things on the forum.... reading topics, following members, post count, creating threads etc...etc.. Trophy stats, trophies earned, and a full trophy list is available from each profile.
Go into your profile and click on the white box that says "Trophies". It will then drop down a list of all the trophies, and show you which ones you have earned. Might be a little glitch here and there with some of them, sometimes.
Then there is also a trophy on any post with 50 words or more.

 I've been trying to get that trophy for being on here at least a half hour & at Least 1 hour the past couple days do I get 1   where's my trophy  I want my damn trophy. So today I came on here a little after 7 this morning and was on here for more than a couple hours, do I get any TROPHY for that Wheres my trophy I want that damn trophy |

- Some trophies are not popping up when I am sure myself or my members have met the requirements Please note that some trophies are not retroactive. So trophies that are for reading topics, following members and a few others, will only pop once the requirement has been met, as there is no existing data that the trophy plugin can look at. Some trophies have basic AFK protection. * For example, the time based trophies requires the use to have the window / tab focused. They cannot open a window / tab in the background and go do other things (i.e watch YouTube, play Games).* Trophies such as "Topics Read" have basic protection to prevent the user opening lots of topics in multiple tabs. If you are still sure a trophy should have popped up, please post in this topic so I can investigate. Proboards Support

Yeah I went to that but once I had to register I didn't know where to ask a question.
Maybe I'll do it later I don't know. I understand bout having only this window open an yes I did open another one for a short time. But I closed that an was back here after that I was on here for like 4 hours total this morning.. No biggie I'll get that damn thing sooner or later...

steelers1954- The creator of the Trophies Plugin got back to me a few hours ago. This is what he said... "I had a read of the posts you linked too; It's a tough one, because you can still be unfocused even when you only have 1 tab opened. If they are 100% certain that they are focused on the tab, then I can look into it further."
"I feel as if the AFK code is useless anyway, and will likely remove it in a future update."Not sure exactly what that means, maybe you do? Like he said, "If you are 100% certain that you are focused on the tab, then he will look into it further."

When I came on the second time today an wrote a post in the thread i started in Politics i was only here the whole time, I was on for over 36 mins. an still didn't get that trophy. It must not like me or something....

I'm axing the trophies plug-in. It never really worked properly. I'll look at possibly adding some other things.

Well my oh my I finally got my trophy for being on here for at least 30min.
