I go to the store, come back 15 minutes later, and it's no better. I've got a combination of Carr, Crabtree and Jared Cook in several lineups today.
The defense is god freakin' awful and the offense sucks donkey balls too. Filthy rat bastards! haha

Offensive line dont like D Carr.
Lynch is a cancer.
Play calling sucks.
Offensive coordinator is offensive.

My feeling, with nothing solid to go on, has always been that the whole team prides themselves on being 'gangsta', like a mentality, readily adopted as a persona amongst the players - with their fans leading the way. It's almost 'gangsta chic'. Lynch might be the epitomy of this, but I'll hold judgment, as he's from there, right? I take it that their dislike for Carr is political, yes? That kinda derision is stage 3 cancer for the whole team.

The Jon Gruden effect... how much will there be?
Mainly so, what will his impact mean to Derek Carr? After having impressive 2nd and 3rd seasons, Carr fell off this year in a major way. Surely he's not solely to blame. The major question is though, will he bounce back, or will he further regress this upcoming season?
I tend to think the hiring of Gruden should be beneficial to Carr, especially considering how Gruden seems to have loved his ability coming out of college. Let's go back to the Gruden QB Camp segment with Carr. Gruden said he would've picked Derek over his older brother David, as 2002's No. 1 overall pick.
While there are many saying Gruden should be good for Carr, there are also so conflicting sentiments out there as well.
Profootballtalk reports there's "real concern" Derek Carr will not mesh with presumptive new Raiders coach Jon Gruden.
Despite his cheery (if intense) television persona, Gruden is known to be a needler when it comes to his players. There is little let up. Carr is coming off a major setback of a season, and could need his confidence rebuilt. Despite legitimate questions about how ready Gruden will be to return after so long in the booth, we would assume he will be careful not to immediately poison his relationship with one of his most important players.
Time will tell...

That moment when you realize the receiver who had the most yards for you was TE Jared Cook. Priceless. Jared Cook- 688 yards Amari Cooper- 680 yards Michael Crabtree- 618 yards
