Sorry so late to the party. Was just me and Danny, and I made the whole thing - turkey, Stove Top stuffing, gravy w/portobello mushrooms, sweet potatoes, carrots. Turkey was a mixed bag. Breast was done perfect. After resting, the dark meat and legs were under-done, so gonna try to redo tonight. lol @ Jeppers's redneck Thanksgiving. Seriously, mac & cheese and turkey in a Crock Pot(?!?). lol A ham too, did you have a lot of people over? Cuz my 11.5 lb turkey alone should get me and Danny thru Sunday. Do love a good green bean casserole. Funny, 2 Saints mentioned mac and cheese as their fave T-Day dishes. Never heard of this, and been to many T-Day dinners in my day w/diff peeps - maybe it's a southern thang.

We also do Mac and cheese and a ham. Must be a southern thing tho. When I was growing up in New York we did not have those things.

I think we had lasagna at every holiday. It would have to be a holiday, they take so long to prepare. I have a year+ old pack of Ronzoni lasagna noodles in the cupboard, the ones you don't even have to boil first. Might be my fave dish, the GOAT, ground beef and mushrooms, ricotta, mozzarella. Where do you live these days, I forget? Didn't think down south.
